- Yuri Mostovoy -- a long-time collaborator of Turchin and Klimov, and an esteemed veteran of the New York banking industry, he has held senior positions in Lehman Brothers and Citi Bank among other firms.
- Valentin Turchin, PhD. (Chief Scientist) – esteemed Russian computer scientist, author of numerous books and papers, creator of the programming language Refal and inventor of supercompilation (sample recent publication: "Supercompilation: Techniques and Results", in Perspectives of System Informatics, Lecture Notes in Computer Science vol. 1181, Springer, 1996).
- Andrei Klimov ( CTO) -- once Turchin’s student, and for two decades now an international expert on program optimization in his own right (sample recent publication: “Program specialization vs. program composition”, ACM Computing Surveys vol. 30, No. 3, Sept. 1998)
- Arkady Klimov (Director of Engineering) – a master software engineer with years of experience implementing advanced programming language transformation systems.
- Ben Goertzel, Ph.D. (VP of Business Development) -- currently Research Professor at UNM and CEO of Cognitive Bioscience LLC. An extensively-published academic with experience in mathematics, computer science and psychology, from 1998-2001 Ben served as Chairman and CTO of Webmind Inc., an AI software firm with 130 employees and offices in 5 nations.
